Executable recompilation
The European executable has been lifted locally, with source and toolchain checks in place.
A native PC port of the original Drakengard, built through static recompilation of the PlayStation 2 executable.
Independent, unofficial project.
The goal is to bring the original European release of Drakengard to PC while keeping the original game logic and implementing the hardware services it needs. The PS2 executable is being translated into native code; the surrounding runtime is developed alongside it.
Milestones reported in the project README.
The European executable has been lifted locally, with source and toolchain checks in place.
IOP reboot and module execution have been observed. Disc transfers and early controller initialization are being investigated.
The game reaches a recognizable DualShock 2 warning screen. A rendered menu and gameplay are not yet confirmed.
One shared long-term plan across the numbered Drakengard games.
No fixed release dates. These are goals, not guarantees; some stages may overlap and individual features depend on technical feasibility.
